Invasion is when one group moves into another group’s space and starts using it.
Imagine you’re playing on your favorite playground, and suddenly a bunch of kids from another school show up. They start running around on the swings, climbing the monkey bars, and even sitting on your slide, all while you’re still trying to play! That's like an invasion.
What Happens During an Invasion
During an invasion, the group that comes in might try to take over the space completely. Sometimes they just want a little part of it, like one swing or one slide. Other times, they want everything.
Think about when you and your friends share a pizza, but then more friends show up. Now there's not enough slices for everyone. That’s like an invasion in a smaller way: new people showing up and taking what was already there.
Sometimes, the original group fights back or tries to push the newcomers out, just like how you might try to get your swing back from someone else!
