What is battle?

Battle is when two groups try to win by fighting each other.

Imagine you and your friend are both trying to get the last cookie in the jar. You both reach for it at the same time, that’s like a battle! In real life, battles happen when armies or teams face off to see who is stronger or smarter.

Like a Big Game

Think of a battle like a really big game. Each side wants to win by knocking out the other side. They might use tools, like swords, arrows, or even just shouting, to help them fight better. It’s like when you and your friends have a race, but instead of running, you try to push each other down!

Why People Fight

People fight in battles for many reasons, maybe they want to take over a place, get something valuable, or protect their home from someone else. Just like how you might fight to be the first one to eat the cookie, soldiers fight for what matters most to them.

Sometimes, after a big battle, everyone is tired, but one side ends up being the winner, just like when you finally win that cookie battle!
