We all have different hair because our bodies make it in unique ways.
Imagine your body is like a little factory that makes hair. Inside this factory, there are special workers called cells, and they do something called growing, just like how grass grows on a lawn. But not everyone’s factory works the same way!
How Hair Grows Differently
Each person has a different recipe for their hair. Some people have long strands because their cells grow slowly, like a snail taking its time to reach the top of a wall. Others have short, bouncy strands because their cells work fast, like kids racing around the playground.
Also, some people’s hair is curly, and others’ is straight, it's like how different types of ropes bend when you twist them. Some are smooth, like a slide, while others are coiled, like a spring.
Just like how every kid has a favorite toy or color, everyone’s body chooses its own special way to make hair!
