Who is Public Services?

Public Services are people who help take care of our community, just like a team of helpers at a big playground.

Imagine you're playing in a huge park with lots of friends. Some kids clean up the trash so everyone can enjoy the swings and slides. Others water the grass so it stays green for games. Still others help when someone gets hurt or lost. These are all public services, people who make sure everything runs smoothly so you can have fun.

Like a Superhero Team

Think of public services like a superhero team, each with their own special job:

  • Firefighters put out fires and save people from burning buildings.
  • Teachers help kids learn new things every day.
  • Police officers keep the park safe by making sure everyone follows the rules.

These helpers are part of something called public services, which means they work for all of us, not just one person or family. They’re like your neighborhood’s favorite team, always there to make life easier and more fun.
