Who is Google Fonts?

Google Fonts is like having a giant closet full of different styles of clothes that you can use to make your writing look extra special.

Imagine you're drawing on a big whiteboard with crayons. Most of the time, you might use the same color and style for everything, like using only blue crayon. But what if you had a whole box of different colors and types of crayons? You could write some letters in bold red, some in curly green, or even make your writing look like it’s written with a pencil instead of a marker.

That's kind of what Google Fonts does, but for computers. It gives websites the chance to use all kinds of different fonts, which are like the style and shape of letters. Instead of just having one boring font, websites can pick from thousands of cool ones that make their text look more fun or easier to read.

Think of it like a supermarket for fonts, instead of just buying the same bread every day, you can try new flavors (or in this case, new styles) whenever you want!
