What is variety?

Variety means having different kinds of things in one place.

Imagine you have a basket full of fruits. If it has only apples, that's not very interesting. But if it has apples, bananas, oranges, and even a grape, now that’s variety, you get to choose what you want!

What variety feels like

Think about your toy box. If it only had cars, playing with them is fun, but not very different. But if it also has dolls, blocks, and even a puppet, now you have variety, you can play many different kinds of games!

Why variety is good

Variety makes life more fun because you get to pick what you like best. Just like how you might choose your favorite snack from a plate with cookies, chips, and candy, having different choices means there’s something for everyone!
