What is uneven?

Uneven means not all the same, some parts are higher or lower than others.

Imagine you're playing on a seesaw in the park. If both sides are the same height, it's easy to go up and down. But if one side is higher than the other, it’s harder for the person on the lower side to lift up, that’s uneven!

Think of a road that has little hills and valleys. When you ride your bike on it, sometimes you go up, and sometimes you go down. That bumpy road is uneven, just like the seesaw with one side higher.

If you have a plate of cookies and some are big and some are small, that’s also uneven, not all the same size. It's like when you get a bag of candy where some pieces are longer than others.
