What is replicate?

A replicate is like having a copy of something that works exactly the same way.

Imagine you have a favorite toy, let's say it’s a red robot that dances when you press its button. Now, if your friend has another red robot that also dances when you press its button, that second robot is a replicate of the first one. They might not look exactly the same from far away, but they do the same thing in the same way.

What Makes Something a Replicate?

A replicate doesn’t have to be identical, it just needs to act the same way. Like how your robot could have different colored eyes or a slightly different voice, but still dance when you press its button.

Why We Use Replicates

Sometimes we make many copies of something so we can test them all at once. It’s like having several robots on a table, each one is a replicate, and we can see if they all dance the same way when we press their buttons. This helps us know if they're working correctly or not.
