What is fox?

A fox is a clever animal that lives in forests and sometimes sneaks into yards to find food.

A fox has a fluffy tail, pointy ears, and a face that looks like it’s always smiling. It's usually orange with white fur around its neck and face, kind of like wearing a little mask. Its legs are short, but it can run really fast when it wants to catch something.

A fox is a hunter. It likes to sneak up on animals like chickens or rabbits and then pounce on them. Sometimes it’s just looking for food in the trash, just like you might look for your favorite snack after dinner.

Foxes are also sneaky. They can climb trees, dig holes in the ground, and even open gates if they want to get into a yard. It's like when you try to sneak into the kitchen during bedtime to get a glass of milk, but with more fur and fewer pajamas!
