What is energization?

Energization is when something gets power to start moving or working.

Imagine you have a toy car that sits on your floor. It’s just sitting there, not going anywhere. But when you press a button on it, whoosh! It zooms off like it's racing. That button is like the energization for the toy car, it gives it the power to move.

Think of your toy car as something that needs energy, just like you need food to run around and play. When you press the button, you’re giving it electricity, which is a type of energy. That electricity makes the wheels spin, and boom, off it goes!

Sometimes, instead of pressing a button, you might plug your toy car into a wall socket, like charging your phone. That’s also a way to give it power through energization.

So whether you press a button or plug it in, you're helping the toy car get energized, just like how food helps you get energized to play!
