What is Coordinating?

Coordinating means working together smoothly to reach a goal, just like friends playing a game.

Imagine you and your friend are trying to build the tallest tower with blocks. If one of you keeps putting blocks on top without waiting for the other, the tower might fall! But if you both talk about where to put the next block and take turns, the tower gets taller and stronger, that's coordinating!

Like a Team in a Race

Think of it like a relay race. Each person runs their part of the race, but they have to pass the baton at just the right time. If one runner passes too early or too late, the team might not win. But if everyone stays in sync, the whole team works together, and that’s coordinating!

Why It Matters

When people coordinate, things go more smoothly, like when you and your friend both agree to clean up your room before going out to play. No one has to shout or argue; everything just clicks! That's the power of coordinating.
