A leadership system is like a team of friends who all work together to help everyone be their best selves.
Imagine you're playing a game with your friends in the park. One friend is the captain, who decides where to go and what to do next. But there are other friends too, one helps keep track of time, another brings snacks, and someone else makes sure no one gets left behind. All these friends have different jobs that help the whole group play better.
That's a leadership system in action! It’s like having a team of helpers who make sure things run smoothly so everyone can enjoy playing, or working, or learning, together.
How Leadership Systems Work
In a leadership system, there isn’t just one person making all the decisions. Instead, different people take on different roles to help the group achieve its goal.
It's like having a classroom with a teacher who helps guide everyone, but also students who help each other learn, some might be good at explaining things, others at organizing notes, and still others are great at asking questions that make everyone think. Together, they all help the class do better.
Examples
- A soccer coach tells players what to do during the game, that’s a leadership system in action.
- A family mom chooses who does chores, she's using a leadership system at home.
