What is 10 people?

"10 people is like having 10 friends all together at a party."

Imagine you're playing a game with your classmates. You have one friend, and that's just you and one other person. Then you get two more friends, so now there are three people, you, your first friend, and the second one.

If you keep adding more friends to the group: 4, 5, all the way up until you have 10 friends all together, that's 10 people! It’s like when you count your fingers on both hands. Each finger is a person, and if you count them all, you get 10.

Why it matters

When there are 10 people, they can do fun things together, like playing tag, sharing snacks, or even building a big tower with blocks! It's easier to share and play when more friends join in. So, 10 people is just a group of 10 friends having a good time together.
