A team is a group of people who all work together to do something fun or important.
Imagine you and your friends are trying to build the biggest tower with blocks in the playground. You can’t do it by yourself, you need help from others. That’s when a team comes in! A team is like a group of friends who all have different jobs, but they're working toward the same goal.
How Teams Work
Each person on the team does something special that helps the whole group. Maybe one friend stacks the blocks really fast, another finds the tallest blocks, and you decide where to put them so the tower doesn’t fall over. Even though each of you is doing different things, you're all part of the same team, helping each other to reach a bigger goal, like building the tallest tower in the whole playground!
When everyone works together, the team can do amazing things that one person couldn't do alone.
