What are upgrades?

Upgrades are like getting better tools for your favorite toys or games.

Imagine you have a bicycle that’s really fun to ride, but it only has one speed. That's great for starting out, but when you grow bigger and faster, you want more speeds so you can go uphill easier and zoom downhill quicker. An upgrade is like changing your old bike gears to new ones, it makes the same toy work better in a different way.

How Upgrades Work

Think of an upgrade like giving your favorite video game character a new power-up. At first, they might just be able to jump high, but after an upgrade, they can also run faster and even shoot little stars. It’s not magic, it’s just making the same character stronger or smarter in different ways.

Real-Life Upgrades

You get upgrades every day! When you switch from a crayon to a marker, that's an upgrade, you can write bigger and darker lines. Or when you go from a paper airplane to a real airplane, that's a big upgrade, now you can fly across the sky instead of just across the room!

Upgrades are all about making things better, faster, or stronger, just like growing up!
