Special roles are jobs that only certain people can do, and they help make things work better.
Imagine you're playing a game where everyone has to be a robot, but some robots have special powers that let them do things others can't. For example, one robot can fly, another can talk to the other players, and one is in charge of starting the game. These are their special roles, and they make the game more fun.
Like being a team captain
In your class, maybe there's a kid who helps everyone remember what to do, that’s like having a team captain role. Another kid might be the one who picks up all the supplies, that’s their supply helper role. These special roles mean those kids get to do things that help the whole group.
Why special roles matter
Without special roles, everyone would have to do everything, and it could get messy! But with them, people can focus on what they’re good at, just like how you might be the one who always lines up first, or the one who knows all the rules.
Examples
- A teacher is a special role because they help students learn.
- A chef has a special role in a restaurant by cooking food.
- A dog walker has a special role by walking dogs.
