What is collaboration?

Collaboration is when people work together to make something bigger than what they could do alone.

Imagine you and your friend are trying to build a tower with blocks. If you both take turns stacking blocks, the tower gets much taller, and more stable, than if just one of you did it all by yourself. That’s collaboration in action!

Like Sharing Toys

When you play with friends, you often share toys. Maybe you both want to use the same toy car. Instead of arguing, you can take turns. This is like collaboration, you're working together so everyone gets to have fun.

Building a Fort Together

Think about when you and your friends build a fort out of blankets and pillows. Each person adds something: one brings the big blanket, another finds the pillows, someone else grabs the pillows from under the bed. When all those pieces come together, it’s a cozy, strong fort, and that’s collaboration in action too!

Collaboration isn’t about who does more; it’s about what you can create when you join forces!
