How They Work
Think of photosystems as two best friends working together. The first one is called Photosystem II, and it’s like the friend who grabs the sunlight and starts breaking it apart. It also helps pull water from inside the plant.
Then there's Photosystem I, the second friend, who takes over after the first one. This friend uses the energy from the broken sunlight to make something sweet, a kind of sugar that the plant can use for food and growth.
Together, these two photosystems are like a well-choreographed dance, passing along energy so the plant can stay strong and healthy all day long. 🌞🌿
