What are bodies and minds?

A body is like a toy car, it’s what you use to move around and play, while a mind is like the driver inside that toy car, making decisions and telling it where to go.

What is a body?

Your body is everything you can touch, your hands, legs, eyes, and even your tummy when it growls. It’s like having a big, living toy that lets you run, jump, laugh, and eat ice cream. Without your body, you wouldn’t be able to play or explore the world.

What is a mind?

Your mind is like a super-smart robot inside your head. It helps you think, remember things, solve problems (like figuring out how to get your toy back from a brother), and even dream at night. Sometimes it feels like it’s talking to your body, telling it what to do, like when you say “I want to run” and suddenly your legs are moving!

Your body and mind work together all day long, just like a team of friends playing a game, one moves, the other plans. They’re always working side by side, making life fun and full of surprises! A body is like a toy car, it’s what you use to move around and play, while a mind is like the driver inside that toy car, making decisions and telling it where to go.
