Biological and psychological factors are things inside your body and mind that help explain why you feel or act a certain way.
Biological factors are like the inside parts of your body that work quietly behind the scenes, just like how your heart keeps beating without you having to think about it. For example, if you're tired after playing all day, it's because your body is telling you it needs rest, kind of like when a toy battery runs out and the toy stops working.
Psychological factors are more like your thoughts or feelings that happen in your head, like when you’re excited about going to the park or sad when your favorite ice cream melts. These can affect how you behave too, just like how a happy song makes you want to dance, while a slow song might make you sit down and listen quietly.
So together, biological and psychological factors are like two friends helping each other decide what you do, one from the inside of your body, and one from your mind.
