An agreement is like when you and your friend both promise to do something, and you both stick to it.
Imagine you and your friend are playing a game with marbles. You say, "I'll give you 5 marbles if you give me 3 candies." That's an agreement, you're both making a deal that you’ll follow through on what you said.
When People Make Deals
What Happens If Someone Doesn’t Follow Through
If one person breaks the agreement, it can feel unfair. Like if your friend took the 5 marbles but didn’t give you 3 candies. Then you’d probably say, "Hey, we had an agreement!" And that’s when things get fun, because now both of you have to remember what you promised!
Examples
