Like Having A Friendly Fight
Imagine you're playing with your friend, and you both get to pick a team, one of you is on the team that says "yes" (the affirmative) and the other is on the team that says "no" (the negative). You each try to convince the others why your team’s idea is better, like when you argue over who should go first in a game.
It's Like Having A Big Conversation
You get to talk about why your side is right, and your friend gets to say why their side is better. Sometimes they ask you questions, it's like when your teacher asks you, "Why do you think that?" You answer, and then it’s their turn again.
It's all just a fun way to learn how to talk clearly, listen carefully, and have a good time while trying to win!
