Why It Would Suck To Live Through The End Of The Universe?

Imagine you’re playing with your favorite toy, and all of a sudden, it starts to disappear piece by piece, forever. That’s what living through the end of the universe would be like.

At some point in the far, far future, everything in the universe will start to drift apart. Like when you let go of a balloon, it floats up and away. The stars, planets, and even galaxies will slowly move farther and farther from each other until they’re so far apart that they can’t see or feel each other anymore.

If you were around to see it, you’d be like the last kid on the playground, everyone else has gone home, and you're all alone. The sun would get colder and smaller, and eventually, everything would be so quiet and cold that nothing could grow or move anymore. It’s like being stuck in a really big, empty freezer with no one to play with.

No more toys, no more friends, just endless silence and cold. That's what it would feel like to live through the end of the universe.
