Why Everything Is So Expensive Now (The Truth No One Is Telling You)?

Everything is so expensive now because prices have gone up, just like when your favorite candy costs more than it used to.

Imagine you and your friends are running a lemonade stand. At first, you only needed a few lemons, sugar, and cups, everything was cheap. But then, the store where you buy lemons started charging more money for each lemon. The sugar got more expensive too. So even though you’re still selling one cup of lemonade for $1, it now costs you more to make each cup. That means you have to raise your price so you can still make money.

Prices go up when the things you need to make something cost more. It's like if your backpack got heavier, you'd probably need a bigger backpack or a stronger shoulder to carry it.

Also, sometimes there are not enough of something around. Like if all the lemons in town were taken by another lemonade stand, you’d have to pay more for the ones that are left. That’s called scarcity, and it makes things cost more too.
