It uses symbols, which are like pictures or signs, to help you figure it out. For example, if you dream about a big monster chasing you, it might mean you're feeling scared of something in your life.

Just like how playing with toys helps kids learn new things, dreams help your brain grow and change. They let you explore parts of yourself that are hidden during the day, kind of like discovering a secret room in your favorite toy box!
