Some people sneeze when they're in sunlight because their body gets a little startled by the light.
Imagine you’re playing with your favorite toy, and suddenly someone flicks it, you might jump or even sneeze! That’s kind of what happens to some people when sunlight hits them. Their eyes see the bright light, and that sends a signal all the way down to their nose, poof! A sneeze comes out.
How Light Triggers Sneezes
When someone is in sunlight, especially if they’re used to being in the dark or under a lamp, their eyes get surprised. This surprise travels through special messengers in their body called nerves, and it reaches their brain. The brain then tells the nose to clear out, which means sneeze time!
Not everyone sneezes this way, though. It’s like how some kids love jumping on the bed, while others just sit quietly reading a book, it all depends on what your body likes to do when it gets surprised!
