Some countries have strong leaders because they are lucky or smart. Imagine a school where the principal is kind and fair, students behave well, and the whole school runs smoothly. Now imagine another school where the principal is strict and unfair, some students get angry, others try to take over, and things don’t go as planned. A country with a strong leader is like that good principal: people listen, things work out, and the country becomes powerful. But if the leader is weak or doesn't know what they're doing, it's hard for everyone else to do well either.
Examples
- In some countries, leaders stay in power for years because no one challenges them, it's like having a class where only one student gets to be the leader forever.
- Some people in countries with weak leaders don't trust the government, it's like if you had a teacher who didn’t know how to teach and never listened to what students said.
