Sometimes, when there are a lot of people around, like at the mall or on a subway, our brains feel scared even if we don’t know why. It’s kind of like being in a big game where everyone is shouting and moving fast, and you just want to hide. This happens because your brain thinks it might be hard to escape or stay safe.
