Why Do People Around the World Say 'Hello' Differently?

Hello is like a special handshake, but instead of hands, we use words. Some kids say 'Hi' when they see their friend at school. In France, they say Bonjour, which means 'Good day.' People in China say Ni hao, which also means something like 'Hello.' These are all ways to say hello, and it’s cool that people speak different languages.
