People argue about philosophy because there are many different ways to think about big questions. Some people believe everything is made of tiny pieces, while others think things are just ideas in our heads. When two people have very different ways of thinking, they might not agree on the answer, and that’s when an argument happens.
Examples
- A child says, 'You're not real!' because she thinks everything is just in her head.
- Two people argue about what makes a good day, one likes sunny days, the other prefers rainy ones.
- A dog barks at nothing, and two humans try to figure out why it's doing that.
