Why Are Some Numbers Perfectly Symmetrical?

Some numbers look the same when you turn them upside down. Think of it like a mirror, if you write 123 on paper and flip it over, it becomes 321, which is different. But if you write 818, flipping it still shows 818! These are called perfectly symmetrical numbers because they have the same shape both ways.
