Who is UN Partition Plan?

The UN Partition Plan was like a fair game that helped divide a big playground into smaller ones for different groups to share and play.

Imagine you're in a huge playground with your friends. But there are too many people, and the whole place is getting messy. A grown-up comes in, let's call them the United Nations, and says, "Let’s split this playground so everyone can have their own space." That idea was the UN Partition Plan.

Think of it like sharing a big cookie with your friends. If there are six kids, you might cut the cookie into six parts so each person gets one piece. The UN Partition Plan was similar, it divided the land where people lived into sections for different groups, like how you’d divide a cookie.

Why It Happened

This happened in a place called Palestine, where two main groups of people had been arguing about who should live there. The plan gave each group some parts of the playground (or land), so they could have their own space to live and be happy, just like when you get your favorite piece of cookie!
