Who is The Micromanager?

The Micromanager is someone who wants to control everything, even little things that seem silly.

Imagine you’re building a tower with your blocks. You pick out the red block and put it on top of the blue one, thinking it looks cool. But then in comes The Micromanager, they say, “No, the red block has to go here,” and they move it to a different spot. They even tell you which side of the block should face up! It’s like they’re watching every single step you take, just to make sure everything is perfect.

• They care about details, like how you stack your blocks or what color goes with what.
• They want everything just right, even if it takes longer to finish the tower.
• Sometimes they’re fun, like when they help you build a super cool block castle!
• But other times, they can be annoying, because you just want to play freely.

So The Micromanager is kind of like a helpful friend who wants everything perfect, but sometimes they make things more complicated than they need to be!
