The Bladder is like a special bag that holds your pee until it’s time to go.
Imagine you have a water balloon inside your body, this is your bladder. Every time you drink water or something else, more liquid goes into the balloon. The balloon gets bigger and bigger until it can’t hold any more, and then you feel the need to go to the bathroom.
When it’s time to pee, the water balloon lets the pee flow out through a little tube called the urethra, like water flowing from a tap.
Sometimes, the Bladder might get confused or feel full too soon, just like when your water balloon gets squished and leaks before it's ready. That can make you need to go more often or even wake up in the middle of the night.
So, The Bladder is like your body’s personal water storage system, helping you hold pee until it’s time to let it out, just like a little bag that fills up and empties when needed!
