Who is Ministerial Level?

A Ministerial Level is like being the head chef in a big kitchen, you get to make important decisions for your whole team.

Imagine you're playing a game with friends, and everyone has different jobs: one person passes out snacks, another keeps track of scores, and someone else makes sure the rules are followed. The head chef (or Minister) is like the person who decides what kind of snack to bring next, when to start the game, and how to handle any arguments, they're in charge of making big decisions for everyone.

At the Ministerial Level, people have important jobs that affect many others. They work together with the leader (like a team captain) to help run the country or city, just like how the head chef works with the rest of the kitchen staff to make sure everything runs smoothly.

In some places, there are different kinds of Ministerial Levels, and each one has special responsibilities, it’s like having different jobs in the big kitchen, all working together to make things go well.
