Who is Executive Board?

The Executive Board is like the group of leaders who make big decisions for a school or company.

Imagine you're in a classroom where everyone has to decide what game to play at recess. It would be chaos if every kid got to vote on everything! That's why there’s usually one person, maybe the teacher or a class leader, who helps pick the game, they’re like the Executive Board of the classroom.

The Executive Board is made up of people who are chosen because they're good at making decisions. Sometimes these people are elected by others in the group, just like how you might choose a class president.

These leaders don’t do all the work themselves, they help guide the whole team and make sure things run smoothly. Think of them as the brain of the school or company, helping everyone else know what to do next.
