Who is European Union?

The European Union is like a big group of friends who work together to make life easier for everyone.

Imagine you and your friends all live in different neighborhoods, but you all go to the same school. Sometimes you need to share toys or help each other with homework. The European Union is like that, it's made up of many countries (like your friends) who work together to help each other out, make trade easier, and even have common rules for things like traveling or buying food.

How It Works

Think of the European Union as a team. Each country has its own flag, its own way of speaking, and sometimes its own laws, just like how you and your friends might all have different hobbies and ways of playing. But when they work together, they can do bigger things, like building roads that connect their neighborhoods or helping people learn new languages.

Some countries are even closer, like best friends who always stick together, these are called members of the European Union, and they often share rules and money to help each other out even more.
