Who is European Central Bank?

The European Central Bank is like a super-smart money manager for many countries in Europe.

Imagine you and your friends all have piggy banks, and you all agree to save money together for a big group party. The European Central Bank is like the person who makes sure there’s enough money in those piggy banks, not too much, not too little, so everyone can enjoy the party without problems.

How It Works

Think of it as a giant kitchen where all the countries in Europe come to cook together. The European Central Bank is the chef who decides how much sugar (money) to add so the cake (the economy) turns out just right. If there’s too little sugar, the cake might be dry; if there’s too much, it might be too sweet.

Sometimes, the chef also helps other chefs by lending them some sugar or giving them special tools to make sure the cake is perfect for everyone.

This way, all your friends, and their countries, can have a happy, balanced party every year.
