Who is Biological Factors?

Biological factors are things inside your body that help you grow, feel happy, and stay healthy.

Imagine your body is like a super cool robot, it has parts that work together to keep everything running smoothly. Biological factors are like the special tools and instructions this robot uses. For example, your genes, which are tiny messages in your cells, tell your robot what color hair you’ll have or how fast you can run.

Like a Seed Growing into a Tree

Think of biological factors as the seed inside a plant, they help it grow into a big, strong tree. If the seed is good and gets enough sunlight and water, the tree will be healthy and tall. In your body, if your genes are working well and you eat good food, you’ll feel strong and stay happy.

Sometimes, if the seed has a little problem, like not getting enough water, the tree might not grow as big. In your body, this could mean you get sick more easily or don’t have as much energy to play.
