Where is Tenerife and what are its unique geographical features?

Tenerife is a big island that sits in the middle of the ocean, like a giant stepping stone between Europe and Africa.

Tenerife is part of an island group called the Canary Islands, which are near Spain. Imagine if you had a bunch of islands floating in the sea, Tenerife is one of those islands, and it’s the biggest one!
