Some people are just really comfortable talking to a lot of people at once. Imagine you're in a classroom, and you have to read a poem out loud, some kids feel shy and shaky, but others smile and say it with confidence. The ones who speak well usually get more practice, or they're just born with the feeling that speaking makes them happy.
Examples
- A kid stands up in front of her class to tell a joke and everyone laughs; she feels proud.
- A student avoids speaking up in meetings because he's afraid of making mistakes.
- A teacher gets excited when explaining new ideas and students lean in to listen.
