What Makes a Leader Popular or Disliked?

Imagine a teacher who everyone loves because they make class fun and fair. Now imagine another teacher who yells all the time and never gives good grades. That’s like how people feel about leaders. If a leader helps people and makes them happy, they are popular. But if they do things that upset people or act unfair, people don’t like them anymore.

A leader can become popular by doing good things for the people, like helping them find jobs or making schools better.
