What’s Inside the Light?
Regular light, like from a bulb or the sun, comes from many tiny sources all mixed together. It has different colors and moves in all directions, kind of like when you turn on a lamp and see light bouncing around everywhere.
A laser, though, is made by special materials that help all the light waves line up perfectly, just like how kids in a line all march forward at the same time. This makes the laser’s light super strong, focused, and one color, like when you shine a flashlight through a small hole and it becomes a tight beam.
Why It Matters
Because a laser is so focused, it can do things that regular light can’t, like cutting through paper or helping doctors see inside your body. Regular light is more like the sun on a cloudy day, soft, warm, and all around you.
So, in short: lasers are like the superstars of the light world, shining bright, strong, and clear!
