Good dreams feel happy or exciting, like flying or winning a race. Bad dreams make you wake up scared, maybe you’re being chased by monsters! Dreams happen when your brain is busy working on things from the day. If your brain feels calm and happy, you get good dreams. If it’s confused or worried, you might have bad ones.
Examples
- A person wakes up from a nightmare where they're falling into a black hole, that's a bad dream.
- After having a fun day at the park, someone might have a happy dream about playing on a swing set.
