Imagine clouds like cotton candy, soft and fluffy. Storms are like when the cotton candy gets angry, spins around, and starts to rain or thunder. Clouds are just groups of tiny water droplets floating in the air. Storms happen when those droplets get heavy and fall down, and wind starts to swirl. So clouds can be calm, but storms make them go wild!
Examples
- A fluffy white cloud on a sunny day is just a cloud. A dark, rumbling cloud that starts to rain is a storm.
- Clouds are like cotton candy in the sky, soft and calm. Storms are when that cotton candy gets wet and wild.
- Sometimes you can see clouds without any wind or rain, but storms always bring strong winds and heavy rain.
