A liveable city is one that feels just right, like your favorite pair of shoes.
Imagine you're a little kid who loves to play outside. A liveable city has enough space for you to run, jump, and explore, maybe even have a park nearby where you can swing or ride your bike. It also has places to eat, so you can grab a sandwich after playing. And it's not too noisy, so you can still hear yourself think when you're doing homework.
People are important too! A liveable city makes sure that everyone, from kids like you to grown-ups who work in the morning, can find their way around easily. It has good transport, like buses or trams, so no one gets stuck waiting for a long time.
Also, there's something called green spaces, think of trees, gardens, and lakes. These are like nature’s playgrounds that help you feel calm and happy after a busy day.
A city is like a big, growing family, and just like your home, it needs to be comfortable for everyone to live happily together.
