Hubble and Webb are like two super-smart detectives who look at the universe from way up high to solve mysteries about faraway stars and galaxies.
Hubble, which has been working for many years, found that the universe is expanding faster than we thought. It's like when you blow up a balloon, everything moves away from each other as it gets bigger. Hubble also took beautiful pictures of planets and baby stars forming in space, showing us how new worlds are born.
Webb, the newer detective, looked even farther back in time. It found the oldest galaxies we've ever seen, some that were around when the universe was just a toddler, only about 300 million years old! Webb also saw how stars and planets form in dusty clouds, like watching cookies baking inside an oven you can't see through.
Both detectives use special eyes to see light from very far away, sometimes even light that started its journey billions of years ago. It's like getting a message from someone who lived way back in ancient times, but instead of letters, it’s light!
