What makes you "you"
How you change over time
Just like your toy can get dirty or wear out, your body changes too. You grow taller, learn new words, and even start to look more like the people you love. But no matter how much you change, you are still you, just like your toy is still your favorite toy, even if it gets a little worn.
So when someone asks, "What is yourself?" it's like asking, "What makes this toy special?" And the answer is: all the parts that make you who you are, working together every day. You are like your favorite toy, it has parts that make it you, and those parts work together every day.
What makes you "you"
Your body is like the toy’s shape, it's what you feel when you touch your face or run around. Your brain is like the toy’s inside, it helps you think, remember things, and decide whether to laugh or cry. Your heart is like a tiny engine that keeps you going all day long.
