What is void?

A void is like the empty space between your toys when you put them all away.

Imagine you have a big box full of blocks, that’s something solid. Now, if you take all the blocks out and leave just air inside the box, that empty air is like a void.

What does it feel like?

If you’ve ever taken off your socks and found your feet very cold, that's because there was no stuff between your skin and the floor, it was just empty space, or a kind of void. It’s not magic; it’s just what happens when something isn’t there to keep you warm.

What can a void do?

A void can be quiet, like inside a pillow when it's not being squeezed. But if you put the blocks back in the box, that space is no longer empty, now it’s full of things again! So a void is just an empty place waiting for something to come and fill it up.
