Vision is what you want to build. Execution is how you actually build it.
Imagine you're building a treehouse. Your vision is like saying, "I want a treehouse that has a slide and a roof." That’s your dream, the big picture.
But execution is like climbing up the tree with tools, hammering nails, tying ropes, and making sure everything fits together. It's all the little steps you take to turn your dream into something real.
Like a Recipe
Think of it like a recipe. The vision is the idea of a cake, maybe chocolate with sprinkles. But the execution is actually mixing the flour, sugar, and eggs, baking it in the oven, and adding the sprinkles on top. Without execution, your vision stays just an idea.
Sometimes people have amazing visions but forget to do the work. Other times, they’re great at working hard but don’t know where they're headed. That’s like trying to build a treehouse without knowing what it looks like in the end!
